General Ordering Information: The Elysée Collection sells to the trade only. By placing an order you are stating that you are an owner or representative of a valid retail business and that you are making wholesale tax-exempt purchase for resale.

Pricing: There are 3 price levels based on amount of purchases, shipped and billed, per calendar year.
Sapphire less than $7,000
Emerald more than $7,000 less than $20,000
Diamond more than $20,000
Customer is entitled to the better price as soon as the corresponding threshold is reached. The Elysée Collection doesn’t give credits for orders placed at a previous higher price. Price is granted for the next calendar year. New customers automatically get Emerald price if an initial order of $ 5,000 is placed.

Payment Terms: “First” orders must be prepaid by check or credit card. Credit terms (Net 15 days) may be granted to recurrent customers submitting credit application. All past due accounts accrue interest at 18% APR (1.5% monthly). Delinquent accounts automatically revert to COD or credit card only. By providing a credit card number and expiration date, you are authorizing The Elysée Collection to charge the credit card at the time an order is shipped or to pay a deposit on an order.

Shipments: The Elysée Collection utilizes common carrier. All shipments are FOB High Point, NC. Shipping and packing charges are estimated at 10% of invoice amount for domestic customers. However shipping charges may vary and The Elysée Collection reserves the right to calculate reasonable shipping charges for exception.

Container orders are shipped as complete as possible. Shipments are FOB factory. Port of discharge is at client’s choice. Client is responsible for ocean freight, insurance, duties and other related charges.

Drop shipping: The Elysée Collection doesn’t usually drop ship. Residential deliveries are subject to a $250 in-home delivery fee minimum, plus an additional $100 per piece.

Damage Claims: The Elysée Collection makes every effort to pack merchandise with carrier approved materials. The Elysée Collection is not responsible for damage in transit. You agree not to deduct from invoice for any damage claim. If your merchandise is damaged in transit, you agree to contact the shipping carrier and The Elysée Collection directly WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OR RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. You also agree to SAVE PACKAGING MATERIALS AND PRODUCT AND TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH of the damage. Upon valid inspection by the carrier, The Elysée Collection will contact you resolve the problem.

Returns and Defects: Any claim for defective merchandise or missing products must be reported to The Elysée Collection within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT. Also, TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE DAMAGE AND SEND IT TO ELYSEE. Failing to report will negate your claim. Return shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation or Modification of Orders: ONLY WRITTEN cancellation or modification of orders are accepted. Cancellations or modifications must be received within 3 weeks from acknowledgment of order. Late cancellation or modification may be denied, or if granted, subject to a 15% cancellation and restocking fee.

Finishes: A 10% up-charge applies for customized finishes (provided it can be done). 50% deposit on order and full payment of balance before shipment are mandatory.

Fabrics: All upholstered goods are delivered fully upholstered in white muslin. C.O.M. orders are offered with a 25% extra minimum charge, depending on pieces. A quote will be supplied and the upholstery charges must be paid at the time the order is placed. Customer is responsible for providing and shipping fabrics to our office in Chapel Hill, NC.

Delivery time: Standard production time is 10 weeks from confirmation of order and receipt of the initial deposit. Shipping and delivery time is about 6 weeks.

Catalogs: Catalogs and wood samples are available at a cost of $ 50.00, refundable with first order
